After graduating from MIT where he worked on harnessing the potential of massively parallel computing architectures for solving large network computing problems, Mayiz started his capital markets career at the prestigious Swiss Bank Corporation (now UBS) in London as executive director of the investment banking operations global re-engineering program reporting to chief operating officer. Later at Dresdner Klienwort Benson, Mayiz expanded his capital markets experience by globalizing the trading and risk management operations of the second largest German bank partnering with the bank's head of trading and risk, Xavier Rolet - the current head of the London Stock Exchange. At Bank of America, Mayiz was lead technology executive of the bank's technology renovation initiative developing the first banking services engine in the industry. Mayiz was recruited from BoA by Thomas Siebel to improve Siebel Systems' software product engineering quality and optimize its cost structure. After Oracle's acquisition of Siebel, Mayiz joined Oliver Wyman, the global management consulting firm, as head of its capital markets research practice. After 7 years at Oliver Wyman, Mayiz started his own capital markets business and technology practice in 2013.
